| Dr. McNaught is well versed in work place requirements for dealing with sexual assault and harassment. In cases involving allegations of sexual assault or harassment, Dr. McNaught conducts a psychological evaluation of the alleged victim to determine the nature and extent of alleged emotional injury. Psychological testing is also used to assess malingering in the context of such complaints. Additionally, Dr. McNaught obtains a complete family history and reviews medical, counseling and employment records, in order to assess the plaintiff’s prior existing condition as well as post injury history.
Dr. McNaught’s work in this area of litigation has involved a large Metropolitan Sanitation Department, a National airline, and a number of private and public companies where employees have alleged sexual assault or harassment. Such cases require an understanding of the legal issues invovled as well as the clinical issues.
